Better Communication and Transparency
- Meet regularly with members of the community to discuss their concerns.
- Coffee & Conversations - Alematic (6:00pm on second and fourth Tuesdays during the summer).
- Saturdays in the City - Farmer’s Market and Cookouts (See the schedule on the homepage. Cookouts are from 12 to 2:00 pm and 3 to 5:00 pm).
Better Collaboration
- Listen and respond to the voices of the residents of Huber Heights.
- Encourage more residents to vote and get involved in the work of the commissions.
- Work with other council members in their respective wards to improve relations with the people that are served by the council.
Better Courtesy
- Work with citizens and other council members to establish and maintain a standard of interaction during all meetings that demonstrate proper decorum and mutual respect.
- Treat every person with civility and a service mindset regardless of their opinion(s) and position on issues.
